Pre Sale Questions

You can purchase on our website or via Whatsapp. To buy from our website, follow these simple steps:

  • 1. Choose the product you like, making sure you chose the right phone or size.
  • 2. Add to cart and go to your checkout. There you'll be able to add your address and email.
  • 3. Select the shipping method according to your country and city.
  • 4. Choose your payment method. There you'll be able to type your bank info, remember it is private at all time.
  • 5. Once you've purchased, you'll get an email with a confirmation.

Warranty Questions

We offer 1 month of factory defect warranty. We'll ship another one completely free if there's any manufactury issue.
If the damage is caused by the user, you'll be required to pay for the shipping and the new product.
